Bellevue Club

LikedThis hotel does not give it self the credit it deserves! absolutely amazing rooms, nicely decorated, modern and extremely clean (the toilet had been sterilised for each new person!!). The location is amazing with plenty of bars and restaurants if you chose self catering. there is plenty to do for the kids at the hotel, from go karting to a mini funfair. Reception staff friendly and helpful, and room cleaned regularly.

DislikedHad to pay a security deposit for the remote control for the t.v, even though it is refundable, it was the inconvenience.

LikedGreat location. Snack bars for the kids. Table tennis and other activities for the kids during the day.

DislikedSun beds are very dated and uncomfortable. Rooms were not cleaned daily, so no fresh towels. Food was not the best.

LikedLocation the best. Beach close to the hotel. Very good for families.

DislikedHalf board did not include juices or soft drinks. The waitress took out a glass of juice from my child hands. But we were not even aware that it was not included. The night we arrived, the system was down. So, instead of checking in at 11, we check in at 2am. And was waiting for someone one to bring us to the room. I understand everything it happened, but the wasn't even apologies. Actually have to say there were only a few staff who had a nice maners. Very poor kids club. Conditioners never worked complain a few time no one fixed the problem.

DislikedCleaning could be improved much more, noone wash the floors there, just sweeping. Kettle wasn't working
