Dear team, thank you for allowing us to write our feedback! as we requested you by email to arrange the booked room for our anniversary and we got conformation to handle this request and once we checked in to the room we became very upset nothing has been done!! I will be fair with you as the receptionist said that she upgrade our room but still we discussed to arrange the room for us even if it will be extra fees. I really so depressed and I preferred to spent this special occasion on the restaurant. iam sorry to saying that!
