Sightsee in Al Bahah. Serving as the provincial capital is Al Bahah, which is known affectionately as the "Garden of the Hejaz”. It’s famed for its traditional "qasbah" towers that were built as watchtowers, keeps and granaries. Not to miss is the famous Saturday market in nearby Baljorashi where local handicrafts and fresh produce are for sale.

Visit the marble village of Thee Ain. Clustered with houses built from polished stones, this beautifully preserved historic village has a rich history dating back to the 8th century. It is named after the spring that flows continuously from the surrounding mountains and is renowned for its cultivation of bananas, basil and lemons.

Explore the Qanona Valley. Protected as a state park, the Qanona Valley stretches for more than 108 kilometres and is surrounded by enchanting palm groves. It’s a popular destination for hiking and picnicking, with a tranquil lake that attracts a variety of birdlife.

Soak up the views from Jibal Mussala Ibrahim.
