About Peníscola

Peniscola is a sun-drenched town set on the Costa del Azahar. Known as the “City in the Sea”, it’s connected to the mainland by a rocky causeway and surrounded by water on three sides. Bask on gold-sand beaches, swim in the Balearic Sea and stroll along the palm-lined promenade. The historic old town will charm you with its cobbled streets and medieval walls.
