Room had very poor lighting however staff was prompt to provide extra lamp to help to improve the situation. There is no direct escalator or lift access to the hotel from the MRT station, so guests with heavy luggages will need to be mindful when choosing caesar park hotel

the attitude of the check in staff was a little terrible. the hotel was booked with a different first name & the staff almost didn’t allow my family to check in. this shouldn’t be the system. what if the children were the ones who booked for their elderly family members, does this mean they cannot check in if the the person who booked for them is not physically there with them? the staff also incorrectly input the DOB & passport number.

The hotel is located right next to Taipei main station so there were lots of food options. The staff was professional but lack warmth. The room looked slightly dated too. Also did not like that the sink was a bit smaller than other hotels. Not a bad stay but you could probably find better options in taipei that are cheaper.
