LikedLiked the hotel location, room, and breakfast option. I have nothing bad to say. It was all what I expected.

DislikedThe only thing I would recommend to keep up with modern technology is the fact that television should have an option to connect to streaming platforms or have an option to chrome cast from the phone. Most people these days use streaming services and not traditional tv. For person travelling alone I was upset I couldn't watch things I wanted to watch on tv. It is a small thing but makes you keep up with the modern expectations.

LikedThe sound isolation, perfect breakfast and kind staff

LikedGreat location! Directly opposite the train and bus station. 7 mins walk to the Forum Shopping centre and near to supermarkets too. Breakfast in Starbucks or one of the many cafés. The lobby is clean, spacious and inviting. We didn't use the sauna and gym but it was great to have. The bathroom was good, water pressure was okay and the toilet was clean.

DislikedThe windows could be upgraded to double glazed to prevent the noise from the back road from early rubbish collection, delivery to the hotel and also people talking. This is the only main issue. The walls were sound proof, so a plus point for that... 😊
