LikedVery clean, big room, great breakfast, friendly staff

DislikedStaff english level was low, resulting in them asking for me a taxi to a wrong location

Likedall good, i didnt have time to use the pool, but vouchers were provided to visit it every day of my stay

DislikedRoom temperature is not controllable as per requirements. Room service is not good.

LikedThe hotel is outstanding, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the meals were reasonably priced for this standard of hotel and all the staff were polite and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you're ever visiting Ulsan

DislikedThe only thing I could complain about, and this is probably an English thing, is that they do not provide milk for the coffee in the room, petty I know but I can't drink black coffee first thing in the morning.

DislikedThe bathroom had a strange smell at night.
