Dirty rooms and bed sheets Thin walls so you can hear all the neighbours ! There was an incident at 3am which woke me up and then people banging doors at 5am ! So I had no sleep ☹️ Not worth the money

LikedStaff was helpful.

DislikedHoles in the wall, a underdesk office drawer as a coffee stand. Broken AC. wardrobe broken. Office bin as a bin. Tv not working. The room was like a sauna, but staff did give us a Fan. To say this is a 4 star hotel is a major false advertising.

LikedThe room was not fit to stay in. To small everything falling to pieces. Very Dirty shower room

DislikedEvery thing. Neighbouring room playing loud music at 0130 am . Party very loud the next day til late. No warning given.

LikedThere is no hot water is barely warm so forget it about a hot shower or bath the heating is barely minium. When asked about the water the stuff informed me that the bosses decide to lower it guess to save money paid for a suit got a basic room not even worth a minute of ur time
