Right in the heart of things stayed a few times here, all staff very helpful, sometimes you can hear the noise from Mathew street in the early hour’s all in all a great place to stay.

This has to be the best hotel hands down if you are looking to stay close to the Cavern Club. Location is amazing, staff are super friendly, Eric is a hoot !! And will keep you entertained. Rooms are spacious and clean, entertainment at night is great with singers in the bar. We have stayed her now 3 times and always have a great time. My only negative is that they don't serve lunch anymore, which was absolutely delicious.

LikedLovely big bed. Comfortable room. Great balcony. Nice ambiance in the hotel. Staff on reception were really welcoming. In particular an older gentleman who assisted us with left luggage was brilliant. Very attentive and helpful. Liked the Beatles theme. Not too gimmicky. Very attractive building.

DislikedShower was partially broken. Could only use one setting, although that was operational. Breakfast was adequate in enough but staff in the restaurant were a bit mediocre. No sense of purpose and no one managing. Tables were slow to be cleared whilst staff were chatting. Even when they set the tables they were missing basics. Staff in the restaurant were however pleasant and friendly.

LikedIt was a beatles theme hotel, if you are a fan you will love it. The location is great, just round the corner from Matthew Street.

DislikedThe extraction fan in the bathroom was on constantly and there was a flashing light over the bed in room 113. The pillows and douvet have goose feathers, I'm allergic so had to ask twice at reception to have them changed, I eventually asked the room cleaner and she sorted it out for me.
