LikedWe were given a suite, even although we paid the standard room price. The building, hotel location, room, staff and food were all exceptional.

LikedRoom is a good size. Reception & breakfast staff pleasant

DislikedBreakfast just ok. Cooked breakfast, black pudding & potato bread not great. This is a tired old hotel that needs updating. No atmosphere, felt like there was no one else in the hotel until we saw some people at breakfast. No one serving in the bar, asked at reception and they said they’d get someone but no one arrived
