LikedThe staff were fantastic and very friendly. We had a problem with our room which couldn't be fixed that night so they immediately found us another room, which happened to be an upgrade. They were extremely accommodating of our dog unlike some hotels and couldn't have done more for us.

LikedFood was excellent, staff were pleasant & helpful. We were given an upgrade at no cost with a spa jet bath which was greatly appreciated. Overall great value & a pleasant stay.

Likedstaff were so welcoming and friendly, they made such a fuss over our dog (he even got a sausage at breakfast). The hotel was very clean and great location.
