Pros Price was quite reasonable Location is a couple of blocks away from Potsdamer platz Huge and fully functional room Early check in possible Check out was fast Cons Staff could be more friendly Housekeeping for room and refill of coffee/tea are two separate requests, need to ask for each Minor issue that there is no carpet on the room. Overall, I had a great stay and highly recommend them!

LikedThe staff were very friendly and attentive and able to help with any queries that I had during my stay. On an early arrival, we were able to be accommodated with an early check in to our rooms. The hotel and facilities were very clean. Sustainability features were in practice. The breakfast was brilliant, offering an amazing selection of choices. The terrace bar was a nice place to relax in the evening. The location is great, only 5 minute walk from Potsdamer Platz for food choices and good public transport links. Central Berlin is not far to walk to tourist locations. Bathroom and facilities were all in good working order. The bed and room was nice and comfortable.

DislikedThe room could have had an option of more firm pillows being available. It is a shame that there is not an evening restaurant in the hotel, just the bar with snacks.
