LikedLocation is good and room is good size

DislikedThe reception tried to change the room to a room smaller in size than the room reserved, or pay an additional amount when I refused, and after discussion, they gave me the room that I had reserved. Advice to check the size of the room before paying the money.

LikedThe staffs are lovely the washing machine wasn’t wrking and they changed the whole washing machine so I appreciate that so much highly recommend people to stay here…RUBEN IBRAHIM MANDARA ANGELENE DILAN ALL THIS STAFFS WENT OUT THE WAY TO KEEP US COMFORTABLE

LikedExcellent location, A metro station right next to the hotel. Staff were so friendly & helpful, Especially Dilan & Angelina. Only comment was the smell coming from the bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for having us ♥️
