Very close to the Busan Station and Lotte Mall. Everything was clean. The elevator is a little slow as I read on other reviews. The checkin was friendly.

I recommend this hotel for people who likes Busan. The location is really good, transportation is convenient. The room is nice too. Here are three people I want to comment about it. First one is male staff who can speak fluent Chinese, works in the evening. He is really nice, good smile and service. Second, the lady who cleans the room. She smiles to me every time I see her and she is not only friendly but also good at communicate. She tries her best to help me even I don’t speak fluent Korean. Third, the 24 floors restaurant male staff. He provided the good service with the nice smile. I will star at this hotel If I visit Busan next time.

Cheap and good. Location was perfect. Walking distance to train station. Convenient af.

The room was a great size for 2 people travelling with large suitcases. Plenty of room to open suitcases. Room came with a desk space and table to eat at. The beds were large The room was a bit dinged up (scrapes along the walls etc from previous guests). Easy assess to bus and train. Great waterfront area just outside the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!
