Good location with access to the main sites by bus/underground. I spent a three night stay there as a solo traveller. The room is compact with not a lot of room for luggage, but again fine for a solo traveller. Easy to use the app to get keycard for entry. The bathroom was clean, sand hower was powerful. Very responsive customer support team on Telegram. Very helpful, even did an extra clean for us after we requested and helped us store our luggage. Facilities wise, everything was brand new.
Noticed ants on our first day, but after the team cleaned the room again it was fine. Water heater takes 15mins to heat up and hot water is limited.

Nothing. Except good laundry facilities. The Staff were very helpful in transferring my stay to a much better apartment/studio at Purvis Street which had a lift and way more room. Belle and Divinia were very understanding & helpful in transferring me to a far more suitable suite at Purvis.
Not suitable for the elderly.(I'm 69)..no lift, many stairs and room EXTREMELY COMPACT. Difficult to climb up steep and narrow stairs to get to the bed. No room to move once you climb up. This place is only suitable for the young ones. I had to move to another stay.
The location is super convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of food options and transport links nearby. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials including the laundry facilities. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff - Maybelle, Divina, and Rome - were exceptionally warm, attentive, and responsive throughout the stay.
The room size is on the compact side, so space for large luggage can be a bit tight. Soundproofing could also be slightly improved as a little noise from the floor above can sometimes be heard. The bed is a bit high to get into comfortably.
