I liked my capsule. Its clean and plenty of space. Showers are clean as well. Location was very convenient, in the heart of Chinatown.
Wifi was very slow in evenings I didn’t like that the light doesn’t get turned off at night, so there is little light coming in to the capsule. Bring eye night mask.
The capsules were very clean and cozy. The check in process was really smooth as well. Complimentary toiletries were also provided.
The bathrooms on the second floor were unfortunately not well ventilated and extremely hot/humid.
It was cosy and the tv was a nice addition
The first night we stayed there it seemed quite clean, but then gradually we started noticing hairs everywhere. Like a lack of cleanliness. The staff werent particularly helpful and were quite strange but overall it was okay but wouldn’t rush to go back has kind of put me off the idea of a hostel. Very clean, tidy and all the amenities are brand new

Comfortable bedding and a brand-new environment.
The only bathroom space consists of 4 small rooms (showers + toilets) for everyone. So if it's busy, something as simple as going to the toilet can take 30 min; don't be in a rush. The only mirrors available are right at the entrance, blocking the doorway. The hairdryers are right next to the dorms and get used at all hours (5am in our case).
