Good location. Reasonable price. friendly staff at reception that assisted us with tips on touring the city. Daily cleaning of the room wasn’t great, room left as if it wasn’t cleaned and this was not nice to walk in to after a long day.

I love the hotel and staff. I appreciate your giving me a room on an upper floor. October visit was my 3rd visit.. I highly recommend the hotel to my friends and colleagues. I do think breakfasts should be included in room charges however. 40 E is pretty steep. Best wishes.
