Staff were very pleasant
near by to LRT and Shopping Malls
Poor room with defective bath & toilet tap, noisy aircond and old fashion furniture. Major hotel facilities too old.
I’m going to celebrate my 1st anniversary. I did request for higher floor and she just replied that I’m not entitled for higher floor. Even when I’m telling her that it’s my special day, her response was so disappointing. Very cold response without any extra mile service.
The service is excellent, the rooms are outdated! you need to ask for kitchen utensils clean
