Upon arrival we were taking to our room which was tiny, and quite dim, not part of the hotel and in a very quiet, fairly old, building around the back.. i did book through a third party and perhaps thats why we were given the inferior room. great location. rooms very well Venetian style. but service can be alot better. staff were coming off rude and busy looking after their a list clients. if you use any of thir services expect to pay 150% more then doing it urself. take your own iron
