Rooms we stayed in are ridiculously small, totally impossible for people who travel with heavy suitcases ( maybe for lightpackers ) like us to store our luggage. One room we stayed in ( according to the receptionist was un upgraded room) has a bed against a wall on a slanted room layout with a low bed- very uncomfortable. We'd rather stay out late at night and just go back to the hotel when we're really tired. Their basement area that plays 24/7 movies with unlimited snacks and drinks is a winner. Location is great, easy to find a cab, 5-min walk to Ximen Station and Ximending. Many good and affordable restaurants around the area. Very pleasant receptionist.
