The room is rather small, but serves its purpose. It is clean and efficient. The bed is extremely firm, which is fine for me, but my partner found it slightly uncomfortable. There is a decent amount of closet and storage space for your clothes and shoes. We found the kitchen to be an added bonus as we prefer the option to cook when needed. All cookware and utensils are available, but you will need to buy even the basic items (cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc.). The microwave definitely came in handy. There is no dining furniture, so you will need to sit at the desk or on the bed when eating.

Although the bathroom appeared clean, there was a faint smell of urine when sitting on the toilet. We used Clorox wipes to disinfect the area, but the smell never went away. We did not bother to tell the staff, so we can’t really complain, but thought it worth mentioning.

Lobby is very nice with modern atmosphere, room is a little bit dated but spacious enough to accommodate four of us, front desk staffs were friendly and attentive, especially Pascal who happily welcomed us and explained everything about the property. The best part is the location, easy walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Center Pompidou and Le Marais area. Next to Metro and Les Halles shopping mall. There is also small convenient store right next to the property's entrance. It is quite busy area but considerably pretty safe for us. Good value property.

We really struggled finding a hotel in Paris that would work for our family of four. We also needed in additional room with twin beds for other family members. This one worked really well for us. The lobby is small but modern and the room was clean but relatively plain. There was a really nice coffee machine in the lobby. We had a one bedroom suite that had a large pull out couch in the living room area that worked well for the kids. The master bedroom was quite small but fine for sleeping and had a nice headboard that had shelves on the back that worked well to store everyone's clothes. The bed was very very firm but the sheets were good. The lighting was good and we found the hotel to be very quiet we were at the very end of the hall facing the courtyard. The room did get a little bit warm but we just opened the windows and that fixed the problem. The best thing about this hotel is the location near the Les Halles metro RER station. The entrance to the station is right outside the hotel and you can pretty much get on any line you need from there. There is also lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We were able to get a good breakfast at the nearby restaurants. We did not eat at the hotel because their breakfast seemed pretty expensive. It was also easy to walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame. I would definitely stay here again if the price was right.
