I checked in with my mother in 2 rooms. the receptionist couldn’t put us on the same floor. we tried goin down to the basement in the lift and it didn’t work properly. so we used the stairs and when we got to the first room it was about the size of 2 double beds,room was very old and dirty,blinds were stuck open,heater was very noisy etc.i left my mother there and went to check out my room on the 2nd floor. It actually wasn’t too bad so I went to see the receptionist and said I refused to accept that room that my mother was in and told her I’ll put my mother in my room and I want a different room. she then said there was another room on the same floor !! so I took that room which was also very small . all I heard all night was rats running around in the walls and ceiling !! in the morning we went for a coffee in the waiting area there is no milk (only powdered) the hot water dispenser was empty and the microwave didn’t work. definitely wouldn’t recommend
