in general all is good room was very good staff was friendly location good ***but the laundry was very very very bad , all the hotel knew about the problem happened with me but nobody do anything > i dont know how five stars hotel like this and didnt solve a small problem .
- Room was Clean , Comfortable and modern furniture . - Location was near to so many amazing Places . - Concierge help as many Times ( There is someone he is Called Sobhi ) , he can help you at any time . - Used Taxi Hotel safe and they can help u for and Address . - Check in and Out was with high flexibility . . - Restaurant was't good - when I am planning to come back sure I will come back to Fairmont Quasar
