overall enjoyed my stay. especially like the room though compact but good for solo myself. The front desk teams especially Mr Nam and teammate checking me in on 30/12 were welcoming. Next day, different shift, poor experience on one incident I felt could be more helpful than asked me to look it up myself online when I tried to book their land tours and tickets were sold out. No alternate available dates provided or where to go for other tour agencies. Was helpless for a few hours. resolved myself.
