미리 연락도 없이 늦은 오후에 호텔에 도착하니 호텔측에서 오버부킹으로 투숙객이 많아 제가 예약한 4인 패밀리룸을 반으로 나누고 2인 객실에 엑스트라 배드를 2개 추가하여 숙박하라고함. 가족들을 거리로 팽개칠 수 없어 어쩔 수 없이 숙박한다고 하니 그때서야 방을 청소한다며 로비에서 무한정 대기 시킴. 룸은 2인 객실로 4인 예약에도 불구하고 모든 물품들이 2인으로 세팅되어 있음. 이런일은 호텔 예약사이트 믿고 가족들과 함께 여행을 할 수가 없다. 이런 호텔은 예약사이트에서 조사하여 사이트에 올려져서는 안된다. 이번 일은 나의 모든 능력을 동원하여 많이 사람들에게 지속적으로 알게 하여야 한다. 나는 최대한 몇 년이 소모되어도 그렇게 할것이다.
