Cleanliness & towel / bedsheet quality
Room Service terrible.We ordered a meal,Part of our meal was served,waiter said that the rest of our food is still being prepared,will be another 15 to 20 minutes. All management could say about the incident is 'sorry'.The hotel is five minutes from the airport,but we were charged a fee both ways. Toilet facilities not good as well.Needs fixing.
