It is a comfortable hotel in a great location. The hotel being an ex-convent is full of charm. The front of house staff could be more welcoming. They couldn't locate my reservation in their system despite me having evidence of it. It was stressful for 20 mins when you have travelled a long distance and are unwell. This is not good enough! Nearly opted for a refund and check in at another hotel.
