I new before I went that it vas Spanish, but on my arrival I was met by a Receptionist that did not speak English.?? I went up to check out my room which was a disgrace I had one very small window that looked on to a wall.No outlook at all. don't no when last the room had been cleaned but the furniture was covered in dust and the mirrors were dirty. I went back to the reception and tried to explain I was not at all happy. Asked to speak with the Manager and after a long drawn out conversation with someone that could not communicate I had to speak to him through the computer which I had to type in what my problem was and he then translated it in Spanish to his manager. He then came on the phone and spoke to me in Broken English that it was not his problem and that was the end of it. An absolute disgrace.
