The location is great as it is between both train stations but not too safe to walk alone at night (as a solo female). Staff at the reception and breakfast bar were exceptional except for housekeeping and the mini-bar service - my room was on do not disturb and a staff barged in to check if she could replenish the bar. As a previous hotelier, it is against policies to enter the room when the sign is up. That totally caught me off guard and I was totally displeased. The room was clean except for strands of tiny hair on the sheets and pillows (which made me wonder if it was changed at all.)I do apologise for paying so much attention to the details but I did room checks in the past and this was unacceptable back in my hotel.
