    Great location, friendly staff, clean room a little gem on upper Madison Avenue..

    Wonderful experience at Hotel Wales I spent two weeks at this hotel . The staff was helpful and gracious, the room was very comfortable twenty four hour coffee and tea . The location was perfect for visiting museums and shopping. I might add walk over to Fifth Avenue not only can one visit Central Park you can hop on the bus and get to midtown to get back to Hotel Wales walk over to Madison Avenue and get back on the bus. Perfect. The restaurant in the hotel Sara Beth's was not only delicious also convenient. A lovely neighborhood felt comfortable and safe. The one down side to my stay was the room temperature, to warm.
