Location is great for being in downtown Miami - very accessible. Enjoyed lounging by the pool, however, the pool for the size of the property/use of land is very small. Would be great to have a kids-only section, as I had to contend with various children doing bombs in the water with zero parental awareness that they were seriously annoying other adults. Hotel room was super comfortable, kept very clean, with a plush bed. Improvements: really need to turn down that air-conditioner in the lobby. From heading out in 32 degrees and then coming inside, it's like a freezer such that I was wearing a jumper to breakfast. Breakfast was a nice selection, however, I'm not sure how you can possibly justify an $8 cappuccino?!? If I convert that to AUD, it's $12 which is hilarious...good coffee but only did that once as that is obscene to charge that.
