great location right in the middle of the beach ferringhi and the night markets. we were moved from 1st to 3rd floor to get a better view of the pool and beach which was appreciated. staff are very friendly and breakfast was very nice with many options. this hotel is a bit more relaxed than others on the beachfront which we enjoyed. pool area is nice. overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
