Lotte is a trustworthy name and they truly exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, the pool was so nice but above all, the staff were wonderful. The pool staff, esp. this one lady with short hair was wonderful. The staff in general...a few hours after check out, I realized I left our passports and money in the safe unlocked. They checked the room and kept it all in a ziplock baggie in the back until I got there. absolutely nothing was missing. Would we stay at Lotte again? Most definitely!!
