I reserved & went there with my wife in July 2018 after seeing their rating in many websites but I was really disappointed !! The original plan for me was to stay there for four days but we couldn’t stay more than two days because the room was so hot, we couldn’t stay or sleep very well. there is no AC in the room and the only solution that they provided to us was a fan which was not helping at all . After discussing this issue with many employees of that hotel, I had an agreement with one of the duty managers to complete my stay in a different branch of the same hotel group in a different city. The location of the hotel is great and the staff are helpful and nice. However The hotel require a serious renovation starting what’s the rooms and implementing ACs. There is no self parking and they charge you 25£ for overnight parking, and the alternative you have is to park your car about 300 m away in a public park that costs around 15£ for an overnight parking.
