My boyfriend booked the trip as my 21st birthday present and booked a standard room. When we arrived, I was wished happy birthday and we were upgraded to a privilege room which meant we were to receive a topped up fridge in our room every day and many other little perks. This was not expected and we thought it was so nice of the staff to do. All staff were so welcoming and accommodating from the second we walked in to the hotel. The hotel was extremely clean and we genuinely could not find a fault at all during our stay. This hotel is in a fabulous location in Paris and thanks to the friendly/helpful staff, cleanliness, great facilities, our hotel experience and stay in Paris was excellent. We couldn’t thank you enough and when we return we would never consider staying anywhere else!
