We had a day out with the family mother and two daughters had a lovely spa day then went for lunch everything went down hill then we had to wait ages at least 10 minutes to be served by the bar staff who were extremely slow probably due to the new tills which should have been sorted before they used them . When the food arrived one of my daughters chicken burger was undercooked you do not eat undercooked chicken !! after sending it back she had to wait ages for it to come back and in the meantime we had finished our meal. When it did come back it was well and truly cooked !! was that spite on the chefs part by this time we thought lets forget it. Disappointed that a special day was spoilt by not having enough staff on and under cooked chicken.
