Room service tasted great and was portioned well however it took 3 days for our dishes to be cleared. When we ordered again a couple of days later we asked them to take the previous plates, which they did however they just left them at our door which sat there for another day. This is also after advising reception and having our room cleaned. On one of the days we were out the whole morning untill 1.30pm for which the cleaners had still not come yet. They finally turned up at 2pm but our kids were having a nap so we asked them to come back. They came barging in every 20minutes which eventually woke them up so we said we would grab our stuff and head out. When we came back to the door 2 minutes later they had gone and did not return. The toilet did not flush properly. The safe was broken which prevented us being able to use it and the tv only worked internittantly. We could here the elevator every time someone entered or left the floor. The air con kept turning off or raising the temperature (not sure if this was the system or maybe the cleaners) The pool is a great future. A little difficult having to take the stairs with two young kids but worth it. The buffet breakfast was yum for what food they did have but most of the stations were empty or cold by 8am. Staff were friendly but I would not recommend this hotel. Especially for the price they charge
