the location of the property was excellent. However waiting 50 minutes in the foyer for our room to be ready was unacceptable. one person on the checkin desk at the busiest time of the day. Room wasnt ready, along with a foyer of people still waiting. Checkin time is 2:00pm...completely unacceptable to expect people to wait after this time.
