using free shuttle bus need inpatience. water came out alternatively, warm and cold, warm and cold.
Reception staff did not seem to know where the local store was or shuttle bus times or even to find our booking. We did not get the beds that we booked (triple) The Cafe was lovely with very nice food
Our air conditioning didn't work, there was no hot water, the sheets and pillow cases all had holes in them, whilst being close to the airport there is nothing else nearby and the point where the carpet meets the tiles had spikes sharp enough to stab through my heel.
