we loved this wonderfully quirky hotel.. our room was lovely with unique decorations. very comfortable bed & lots of room. bathroom very nice & spacious & we loved the goodie bag & the free mini bar. only minor annoyance was our milk for teas & coffees in our room wasn't replenished every day & we had to ring reception to get some delivered and the air conditioning was a little noisy, my husband was disturbed by it.

I have stayed at many hotels around the world but NONE are like the Ovolo, they went above and beyond with our requests! You feel so welcome and at home the second you walk into the lobby! Its the small things that matter like tea, coffee and candy and they have that covered!! Really love the revamp too!
