Though the hotel was connected to a shopping center that opened late by u.s. standards we couldn't walk around it to window shop like we can at home. This however has nothing to do with the actual Park Hyatt which was flawless in every aspect of what you'd expect from a five star hotel...and I don't use the '5 star' term very loosely. There are a few hotels that call themselves 5 star but are nowhere near this hotels experience... We split our 8 days in central Bangkok with a tried and true (tired and blue;) other '5 star' across the street and regretted having to wake up every morning and see the gorgeous Park Hyatt across from us :( The breakfast buffet included in the room is an absolute must as well as the Penthouse PUB AND GRILL ON THE TOP TWO FLOORS FOR LUNCH AND DINNER.
