I like: clean rooms. I didn't like: They are speaking limited English. They never reply to emails... The facilities of the hotel are without maintenance since many years ago...(bad hydraulics, semi destroyed walls in some communal places) Outdoor swimming pool was out of service but no one informed me about although I have send so many e mails regarding this matter. The suttle bus for the Canton Fair was just once per day... In the past they had every 15 minutes...
