hotel was great to stay at. location is extremely convenient to major aspects of Melbourne culture. the outside appearance of property is terrible but once inside rooms are in great condition, staff are very friendly and made up our room each day in great condition.

Hotel was let down by the bathroom we had...expected something 4 star, it was shabby, blistered and chipped paint and water damaged. There was no hot water in the evening (after 10.30pm??) checked all the taps and then the shower head broke in the morning.
