    Breakfast was very disappointing and I ended up not eating anything. I didn't like the fact that you needed your Hotel card to move about the Hotel even when you were inside on lifts and especially on the stairwells as the cards kept deactivating and I kept getting locked inside on the actual stairwell as I don't like lifts. On the morning of checkout I got locked in on the stairwell again and when I tried to phone my Husband again I had no coverage on my phone which was a regular occurrence thankfully he got my text message. Beds were made in the morning and fresh towels but glasses and cups that we had used were never changed. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.
