have stayed there before so returned as first time stay was excellent. Very disappointed this time as the staff was quiet rude at front desk and couldn’t be bothered to assist anyone. room was filthy, so much stuff under the bed like food and other horrid things. dropped something that rolled under bed and that’s how we got to know all the filthy things under bed.
location was fantastic, view from room was gorgeous as we stayed in half ocean view which had view of harbour,mountains,ocean and the lighthouse.Many restaurants nearby. The staff could be more friendly and a smile always goes a long way. one girl at front desk was quite rude and couldn't bother to assist us in way when asked where bank and phone shop were. Was told to look it up ourselves. I would recommend hotel to friends as it is in a gorgeous location but would also let them know not to expect too much friendly service.
