I booked via HotelsCombined a deluxe king bed room, was redirected to 'Hotels' portal and I continued the booking and payment without paying attention it was changed whiling being directed to a classic twin bed... I ended up with a classic king bed room instead of deluxe one and I paid the premium amount for nothing in exchange!! It was not the hotel fault!!
