The hotel has a great location and we hahad stayed there previously. The first room we were given had black marks all over the walls and the carpet was dirty. The manager moved us but the next room wasn' tf much better. One of the lifts were broken which meant taking 10 flights of stairs. The manager gave us free parking.
Had to renegotiate our room as what we had booked through Agoda had been change. Partial sea view, reasonable breakfast selections but was able to eat outside.
Great place, nice room, friendly staff
the hotel staff were great, I had booked online for 1 nights stay for my birthday and they upgraded myself and my partner for free. We decided to stay for one more night and they honoured the online discount price instead of charging us an extra $50 for normal rates.
A fairly bland experience. Nothing special at all about this place
