I arrived at 11pm and had trouble accessing the room key as I could not see the lock box numbers in the dark. Also took a while to locate the lock box. I did not have an opportunity to speak with anyone during my stay due to the hours of arrival and departure. I would have liked an opportunity to have breakfast. Hotel was great but there was a wedding on in the functions rooms which is directly below the accommodation, and the noise was extremely loud making it very hard go to sleep
