Very poor customer service. Took hours to check in. Didn't feel welcomed. The rooms are old. Lack of information on the hotel facilities and services. Although, the breakfast buffet is okay. I will not return to this hotel due to poor customer service. Dubbed as the premiere hotel in Manila, but you cannot feel here the true hospitality of the Filipinos.
