    Families with young children

    Jul 2018

    Verified Stay

    basic, poor

payed for a room for a family of 4, 2 children 2 adults. considering hot july weather only 1 small window, very very small rooms, no space to walk around in the room so limited on what to do, bathroom door wouldn’t close shut, crack in sink, towel rails rusted, shower pressure very weak, poor quality considering how much it cost 240 for 2 nights, asked to move rooms which the staff let us , to wake up to here the staff talking about our situation “ well you get what you pay for “ rooms dated and mattresses very outworn, spent as much time possible out of our room. overall very dated including one paper shower mat? which provided a basic feeling opposite to the expected standard for the price payed, limited parking despite there saying that there would be loads, parked round the back in a compact area, to be blocked in by other guests and had to ask to find the guest to move their car. which was strange to me as what if they were out? location was great though 5 miniute walk to shopping centre
